Privacy Policy – Spingreen

How this site remembers you
This privacy notice explains how Spingreen Casino (spingreencasino.pl) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our review portal. We are an independent information and marketing site – we do not operate the casino itself, and we have no access to player accounts or gambling activity. What we describe here is limited to the data this portal handles directly.
The operator behind Spingreen Casino, WoT N.V. (registration number 129742, Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao), maintains its own privacy policy for player accounts and gambling transactions. That policy governs what happens once you register with them – this one covers what reaches us before that point.
The analytics question
We collect two categories of information: technical data your browser sends automatically, and anything you choose to submit through our contact form.
Technical data includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you visit on this site, the time and date of each visit, and the site that referred you here. This data is gathered through server logs and analytics tools (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the portal, which sections are read most, and where improvements are needed.
Contact-form data is anything you enter when writing to us at [email protected] – typically your email address, name (if you provide it), and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (health information, political opinions, religious beliefs) and we do not track your gambling activity – that happens entirely on the operator's own platform, outside our reach.
Scripts we do not control
Our lawful basis for processing technical data is legitimate interest – running a functional, secure website and understanding how it is used. For contact-form data, the basis is consent – you provide your details voluntarily when writing to us, and we act on the request you made.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Data may be shared with:
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) – to measure site traffic and performance. Google processes data under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting providers – the server infrastructure that keeps this site online. These processors act on our instructions and are bound by data-protection agreements.
- Advertising partners – where we display affiliate links or promotional material, those partners may set cookies to track conversions. You control these through your browser settings (see our Cookie Policy).
Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area where possible. Transfers outside the EEA (e.g. to US-based analytics providers) are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under UK GDPR.
Your options
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights:
- Access – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification – ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure – request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
- Restriction – limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interest (we will stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue).
- Withdraw consent – where processing relies on consent (e.g. marketing emails), you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] with your request. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data-protection supervisory authority. Visit ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
Revisions
Technical data (server logs, analytics) is retained for up to 26 months, then deleted or anonymised. Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and resolve any follow-up, typically no more than 12 months unless an ongoing issue requires it.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This portal is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over (18+). If we learn that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who discover a child has accessed this site should contact us straight away.
